Cleartrip introduces flexifly option in their portal. By opting flexifly one could reschedule their flight in case by paying little extra at first. Condition written about time limit is ,change can be done upto * hrs of flight schedule or as per airline fare rules.
My flight from delhi to jodhpur was on **** hrs of **th march ****, i gave them a call at **** hrs to reschedule my flight as i have opted flexifly. Their response was it cannot be done under ** hrs of flight departure as per airline policy.
*.I went through airline fare rules on cleartrip while booking and it was passenger can reschedule upto * hrs of flight time with no refund ( but can be done, which cleartrip saying is ** hrs)
*. I received a flight insurance policy through flexifly plan. If airline policy say something else for that particular flight , why it is not mention in that document. In that policy, it is clearly written that policy stands till **** hrs of **th march **** i.e. * hrs prior to departure of flight which they are also promoting everywhere in their site.
*. I have written **~** mails, no thread followed by cleartrip. They are repeating same thing about ** hr policy which i or no one can see while booking while replying my query.
*. I gave them proof of screenshots also regarding airline fare rule saying * hr not ** hrs was ignored by them and continuously replying the same.
*. Every time they gave me a call on complaint and its a new person on that side, i have to explain it all and he promises for callback and things go on repeatedly same.
*. I felt mislead and cheated by cleartrip, want to escalate the issue. But cleartrip is not providing any provision to do that.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
