Eureka Forbes Aquaguard - DEMANDING MONEY TO REAPIR WHEN MACHINE IS IN AMC

Dear Sir, It is for your kind information that my Eureka Forbes genius model for registered mobile number ****** **** is under gold AMC till ****. From last few days from **.**.**** my machine is showing the indication to change the filter. This filter is changed in just * months back. I have registered several complaints through mails, calls and twitter but technician closed complaints without over knowledge. Technician is not visiting to attend the complaint and also asking us for rupees **** to for new filter. Also he is not able to give reason why this filter is having complaint. I am very disappointed by customer service team and your technical and local support team in Bhopal. I have contacted local members AJAY, ABHISHELK AND NARENDRA but they are uncapable to resolve the issue . Also they are asking for money to attend the complaint. I have made more than ** calls and send ** mails but this company Eureka is not resolving the issue. I have paid approx Rs ***** for AMC but they are asking money. I have lodged various comaplinst but they are not attending it. I am using this machine from last * years but this is first time that filter is faulty in just * months. As filter is faulty than why should I pay for new one . I am buying water from market from **.**.**** and using as machine filter is not working. Eureka Forbes and its local representative Narendra Mobile no- ********** are harassing me and my family.
