Livpure water purifier - Delivery of Defective RO machine

I have purchased the livepure water purifier from livepure company official website link on March **, **** (* month back only). (screenshot of payment is enclosed)
Since purchase the machine has been rectified by livpure engineers * times with issue of water not coming from RO ( screenshot of all complaints and it's resolution is enclosed).
During last time despite being RO in warranty period, the livpure RO has asked for Rs.**** for installation of extra filter as he quoted that it is required for my machine, which i had paid via cash.
The machine has again stop working i.e. RO has stopped delivery of water. i have complaint regarding the same on July *,****. Despite of ** days, my machine is not been rectified. I and my family is forced to purchase water bottles from market for our day to day needs.
i request for refund of my hard earned money of Rs. **,***/- or replacement of this defective machine RO with new RO.
