Recently I have brought a new DELL laptop in reliance digital store kamareddy Telangana. On **/**/**** i have made payment towards my new dell laptop(DELL **** i*/**Gen) Unfortunately the piece is out of stock in the store so the reliance digital staff asked me to wait for *-* days to bring the stock from other store . so i do waited for * days . I got a call from store to collect my laptop .so i informed my father to collect the laptop from the store so he went and brought the damaged laptop to home . The reliance store staff wantedly delivered the damaged laptop . my is not aware of the damage that had on the laptop so he took it and brought it to the home.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
