Delivered damaged product and requested for replacement but the customer service people are not responding properly ,after * days they accepted the return request and name shake they created new order but they are not delivering the product, If call customer care they are saying today or tomorrow will deliver the product, this is happening from last one week.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
