Good day!
I have ordered from Amazon India a Tide Plus Detergent Powder *+* Kg,And I have received Base on the said post such product weighs *+* kg, technically * kilograms. However, when it was delivered to my address the said product only weighed approximately *.*** kilograms. On the same day, I have contacted the customer service team and complained them about the issue and they informed me that will hand over to the concerned department the said matter and the investigation will take * to * days.
When I called them to asked about the status of the complaint after the said number of days given intended for the investigation, they unfortunately informed me that the investigation team found that the exact product was delivered and that they cannot do anything about it any longer.
Attached herein is the picture of the product that serves as a proof of the said deficiency. I am hoping for your positive response to this issue.
