The item was received on March **, ****. Despite the outer packaging appearing intact and unblemished,
upon starting the computer, it was clear that the item was used, as evidenced by a pre-existing login name, "tattooz_parlor,"
and a request for a password.

RETURN AND REFUND REQUESTS BEING CONSISTENTLY DECLINED
V) Finally on April **th- Pickup declined on the phone and return/refund was also declined stating that the product was delivered in a packed condition.
