Realme - Delivered a defective Phone by Flipkart

On **th August I Ordered A Mobile Phone From Flipkart And They Sent It To Me On *rd September. On Opening The Package I Found That The Mobile Was Defective. Everything Was Ok But It Was Not Turning On. So I Immediately Placed A Replacement Order Of The Same. On The Same Day They Called Me Assured Me Over Phone That It Will Be Replaced. I Checked My Order Section In Flipkart And Found On *th September Technician Would Visit Me And It Would Be Replaced By **th September. But On Due Date No One Came To Take The Defective Phone Back. And They Cancelled My Replacement Order. Then I Again Placed Replacement Order But Again They Cancelled My Order. Now They Have Withdrawn The Replacement Option. I Have Lost Faith In Flipkart. Flipkart Being An Indian Company It Was Always Given Priority But They Have Disappointed Me. I Have Never Thought Such A Huge Company Like Flipkart Will Do Like This.
