Pharmeasy - Delivered expiry medicines

I have ordered * strips of Supracal tablets on **th of November **** and upon receiving the medicines one of the strip was expiring on **th November **** which is just one day left for expiry. I have called the Customercare and have requested to take a return or replace the same medicine which has * or *yr expiration. They have picked the medicine in few hours of complaint but later I got a message that Pharmeasy is refused to give a refund as the returned medicine was not the same as ordered. This is insane and a serious allegation on the customer. They are rude and don't want to understand the problem to resolve this issue.They don't have any evidence to prove and are refusing to share the batch number of medicines and neither they're returning back that expiry medicine which was returned. I would like to take a serious action on this please.
