I booked a ticket for Thai Airways, Flight No. TG- ***, Delhi to Bangkok on **.**.****, for **.**.****, through portal of Esaemytrip.com. My PNR No. was - JKE*R*.
I rescheduled that flight on **.**.**** at **.** pm, ** hours ** Minutes before the scheduled departure of the flight. I was charged a fee of Rs. ***/- for the same by easemytrip.com. I was confirmed by the easemytrip.com by mail regarding receipt of my request on **.**.**** at **.** pm itself, which is well ahead ** hours ** minutes of the scheduled departure of the flight. However, after * days, on **.**.**** at **.** pm, I am informed by the Easemytrip that due to a technical mistake on the part of Thai airways, it has treated me as “NO SHOW”. I fail to understand how Thai airways treat me as “No show”, while I had already rescheduled the flight on **.**.**** at *.** pm, which is ** hours ** minutes before the scheduled departure of the flight. It was confirmed by the easemytrip.com by mail regarding receipt of my request on **.**.**** at **.** pm itself, which is well ahead ** hours ** minutes of the scheduled departure of the flight.
If there was some problem in rescheduling the flight I should have been informed by **.**.**** itself
or by **.**.**** Noon. You did not do that. Instead of that you informed me on **.**.****.
It means easemytrip and the Airlines are at fault. Why should I bear the loss for technical mistakes on the part of the airlines or your organisation?
Therefore I must be refunded full amount.
