I have booked tickets of spicejet for Jan *, **** via MakeMyTrip buy I got ticket directly cancelled by airline for full refund. I informed the same to MMT they said to check it with airlines and get it refund. After checking refund was promised MakeMyTrip, they said that it would be reflected in my account between **-**Nov **** but the date is already past and didn't get refund. I am not able to talk to MakeMyTrip customer care the time I call computerised voice says to chat from chat bot and whenever I try to chat response is same that got to my trip section and in my trip section amount is showing an that it's refunded.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
