Sivaraman Eswaran filed complaint against DTDC on Dec 8, 2019
On *nd December ****, Saturday I have sent an international courier to Malaysia from DTDC, Hosakerehalli, Bangalore branch. They are sensitive documents related to my job. DTDC assured that it will be delivered within * days and hence I submitted the documents. But even today (*th December) it is not delivered and it is still in Delhi as per tracking details. Recipient of the courier has declined my job offer due to a delay in document delivery. Hence I have lost my job offer in Malaysia because of this irresponsible courier. I have made nearly ** calls to the customer care center from last Wednesday to track the courier and they are totally irresponsible. They are least bothered about my issues.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
