DTDC - Delay in Delivery of consignment

This is the second time that the consignment is delayed from Shillong. Three days before the package was submitted and till now there is no record for tracking. When we ask the centre staff lied to us that the package was already transferred. My first experience with DTDC was horrible beyond telling. The consignment which was supposed to reach the destination latest in * days time, it reached after ** days. First of all, they keep in the submitting office for three to four days and then, after three or four days it will reach its destination office, and it will remain in the destination office for another three to four days. The worst courier I have ever experienced. This time also the same thing happened. The authority should take action against the staff who are delaying to transfer the package.
