Royal Enfield - Delay Delivery and improper response

I have booked Hunter *** Dapper grey on * th Feb **** and I was promised to get the vehicle in hand by *month. Since then I am waiting raised complaint and after so many attempts the Royal Enfield team has made a booking I'd on March **st after raising the complaint.
Further I have tried with costumer service team to fetch the details and every time they give false information .
A week ago I was informed that the consignment reached to the delivery end after enquiring from local delar they said there is no confirmation of the consignment dispatched neither they received.
Since then I am trying to fetch the correct details the Relationship Manager has just bluffing that we will be dispatching the consignment soon and doesn't speak on the false information nor able tell exact date of dispatch or delivery.
