In Feb **** Chandigarh consumer forum has ordered and fined Bata Shoe company for charging extra money for the carry bags from the customers with their branding on it. The court had described this matter as a deficiency in services.
Today I went to Spencer's Retail Ltd outlet in */***, Vivek Khand Gomtinagar Lucknow outlet. I brought * kg dates and for * kg dates they forced me to purchase a jumbo size carry bag with their branding on it and they charged me Rs. **/-for it. When I objected over it the staff started misbehaving with me. I am complaining here to bring the matter in your kind consideration and request you to please take very strict actions against these companies who are charging extra money and harassing the customers mentally and physically too. I would request for the compensation for all the mental Trauma and misbehaviour I had faced today.
I would request you to take the same action as the Chandigarh Consumer Forum has taken on Bata Shoe Company. I have the original bill and the jumbo size carry bag they have forced me to purchase today.
