Spencers Retail Ltd - Improper maintenance and Negligence of Security Services at Spencer s Hypermarket Visakhapatnam

On **th May **** at *:** PM myself and my husband went to Spencer's Store near address D.no. **-**-**, Resapuvanipalem, Behind Dr.L.B. College. ******, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. India. We parked our car Skoda Rapid bearing no. AP**CY**** at the parking provided by the Spencer's stores and went for purchases after returning from billing counter we found out the dent on left backside of the car and asked nearby security about the damage he replied that a car dashed and went out of the store the security person did not even try to stop the car or write down the number of the car after further question he told to ask the Management so we approached the Operational Manager of the stores, he clearly said that there are no CC TV cameras around the place where our car is parked i.e., Infront of the stores and he just pushed the blame over the Security Services in spite of the incident taken place in their premises and not taken any sort of responsibility regarding the damage. Being a lady, I stood up in the rain along with my husband the Staff at stores also didn't show any sort of concern and completely left the whole situation upon us. The damage is quite big and the estimated repair cost is around Rs *****/- and I want the justice for my loss and the store management should take the responsibility for our loss and stress.
