Ordered grocery on *nd Apr **** with an estimated delivery date of *th Apr. Delivery date later changed automatically to *th apr, today at day end of **th Apr the order status is still at processing state. While the customer care is unresponsive in both via phone and email, how does a customer know whether they are delivering the essential items or I consider this as a fraud with my money lost.
At this case more important is the delivery since it is a lockdown and all are essential food items than the monetory loss. This order is from Gurgaon and the order ID is *********
