Dr. Sampad Ghosh filed complaint against Spencers Retail Ltd on Apr 16, 2020
This is for your information that I have ordered (Order No.. #*********), placed on **rd March and delivered on **.**.****. As per my order, all the materials required by me was not delivered and subsequently the money deducted (Bank Transaction ID: ECOM ********** SPENCERS RETAIL LIMITE\) for the remaining items was not refunded to me. Regarding this I have mailed to Specncers Limited for several times, primarily they have respond formally and after that no response is there from Spencer authority. Even they have not been clearly answered me in this matter when I asked the same. I want to know why Spencer authority is not refunding me the money and at the same time I think this is unethical. In this regard I think Spencer is not a trustworthy organization for purchasing items. I am eagerly waiting for the steps taken by the Consumer forum as well as Spencer authority.
