V Hariharan filed complaint against Spencers Retail Ltd on May 9, 2020
Bill amount online paid while booking products delivery for door delivery.
But after settlement of bill amount via online, products found not available. So again request for cancel on same day.
Refund initiated message was received but no payment received still after ** days. ****.** was cheated from me by Spencer's retail group.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
