I ordered a product on Amazon yesterday, and I noticed that the order isn't being displayed today.
Reaching out to their CS team, I found that the order has been canceled and has not been intimated regarding it.
The product's price has gone up by INR ****, and the CS team is telling me to place the order again and they can't help me.
I haven't received any email regarding this and neither can I see it on my orders/canceled orders page!
The CS team gave me * reasons for the same.
*. Order was in transit and got damaged
*. Technical Issues
*. Delivery delay
*. Pricing Error ( Apparently all Amazon deals are pricing errors)
They claim that "the team forgot to email me the same"
The CS team suggested that I buy a different brand so that I'll get a similar product for a lower price as the ordered product has gone up by INR ****.
The "Escalation team" got bored of my issue and was fine that I approach the Consumer Forum for the same.
I want Amazon to deliver my product at the same price i ordered it at
