Shanmugapriya filed complaint against Royal Enfield on May 3, 2023
I bought a Royal Enfield Bullet *** bike on **th September **** through the Authorized Dealer I Speed Motors-Ayanavaram.
I noticed small issues such as low horn volume and hard engine behaviour and clarified with the showroom and they explained it will be rectified during first service.
But, the things gone worst after *st service.
I noticed oil leak near the oil chamber and when I reported they checked and changed the oil shield and then the same problem re-occured.
This time they took * week time and informed that there is some bore leak and they fixed the same.
After couple of weeks I noticed the engine malfunction light was glowing continuously and I reported it immediately to the service manager Mr.Suribabu. He inspected the vehicle and informed that there some issue with the sensor and he replaced it under warranty.
After some time, the oil leakage was observed and they changed the crank-casing this time under warranty by the technical team of Royal Enfield
And again the oil leak appeared and the engine performance becomes very low and it behaves rough within ** minutes of ride.
I reported again and this time the service manager told that this is difficult to handle this issue and he is completely clueless
So I asked them to replace the vehicle this time since it is evident that they delivered a vehicle with manufacturing defect and they are not responding to my complaint
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
