I ordered a Samsung tab on * Jan through the Samsung shop app that I received on * Jan evening . When I unboxed it I found the screen was not working . I immediately informed this concern to Samsung care toll free no . I was quite surprised to hear from a Samsung executive that you must visit the service centre to verify the defect. i asked samsung executive when i haven't operated the device then what is the reason to visit service centre but they was misbehaving on this issue . I immediately informed this issue to the national consumer helpline. As a result Garima Malhotra contacted me and arranged a pick up of a tab from home after that on ** Jan I received mail from Pankaj Bhatt mentioning your coupon issue date is ** Jan but i haven't received it yet. It's more than ** days yet I haven't received a tab or refund.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
