On **.*.**, I purchased a samsung ***L fridge with serial number *DEJ*DBKC*****K model code RT**K****SL/TL from a local dealer in Kozhikode, Kerala, India. Immediately after purchase the fridge was defective with excess ice formation, defective door,reduced cooling,etc.Several complaints were made but was not responded to.In the meanwhile I found that what was given to me in **** was a fridge manufactured in ****.This was very shocking especially from a reputed company like samsung.My complaints are unattended and during the warranty period itself , repairs were carried out which were not successful.
My fridge is to be replaced or refunded.
I am a house wife baking cakes to make a livelihood.The fridge was purchased using my hard earned money and I have suffered mental anguish and financial loss crippling my small business.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
