paytm mall - defective product

I have purchased a double door refrigerator LG *** L, from paytm mall. My Order No. is ********** and I have received on ** sep, **** and get installed in the evening of **, after that I have found that there is less cooling and it make lots of noise, then i continue trying paytm customer care many times but it was continue hold on, after getting tired I have asked paytm (in paytm app) on ** sep for return under the * days return policy for defective product, I am continuing trying to call customer care on **, **, and after that they picked phone on ** sep after a long holding and asked this is not a defective, they will give the resolution but till now no reponse, they are passing the time so that they will ask me now the * days over, please help me this is not for the small amount.
