My name is Shipra Agarwal I ordered a water purifier from Eureka Forbes, firstly they gave me a defective product and when repeatedly kept complaining to them to change the model they did not paid any attention and kept delaying the matter. they didn't even send proper technician to check the issue. After months of argument they told me that there was a problem in the sediment of the filter which I had to bear the cost to change it, Recently I’ve been again facing the problem as there is no water in the tank and the same problem is occurring I have been calling them to check the check my filter again but despite of regular complaints they have not been paying any attention.
