The boss T-Shirt I ordered was delivered to me on **th October **:**, upon checking it I found it to be in defective condition (had small holes in them) and immediately placed a return request on **th October **:**. This is within * hours of delivery, all the tags are intact, the outer black box is also with me. But still they are harassing me and saying that the quality was ok and they can’t do anything. Please ask them to process the refund and take strict action against them for this gross misconduct.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
