Hello Team,
I purchased this watch from AJIO website , the purchase was made on **/**/**** . Also I am attaching the invoice of the same.
There are several defects to this watch, I purchased this as a gift for someone and didn't open it myself, now When the watch was opened, several defects were noticed and I am highlighting the same.
The watch doesn't seem authentic.
The watch hands are moving while I shake the watch or due to my wrist/hand movements.
There seems to be a wear and tear on the back side of the watch material.
The crown of the watch is getting detached from the watch, which ideally should not be the case.
I am attaching all the videos for you to analyse the situation better.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
