Samsung - Defective Product delivered by Samsung Refund declined Fraud made

I purchased a Refrigerator from Samsung Website. Details are INVOICE NO. : GHT*MP**********, INVOICE DATE : **/**/****, ORDER NO : ***********, ORDER DATE : **/**/****. I received the product on **.**.****. On **.**.**** evening around *pm the Samsung Technician came to my home and opened the Refrigerator. The Refreigerator was having dent in the body and I immediately called the Samsung customer care to lodge the complain. The Reference number being ******** (Email confirmation attached for your reference). After lot of follow ups and harasment the Technician came again to my home on **.**.**** and took some more photographs of the dent in the Refrigerator. On **.**.****, I received an email saying that since the incident is reported on **.**.**** my claim is rejected.
