Paytm Mall - Defective product delivered

Found Rat shit in the Food product I ordered on Paytm Mall. Disappointing and disgusting.
Ordered Fortune Chakki Aata ** kg on Paytm Mall on **th August in Pune.

Trying to contact them since last ** days, spoke to * customer care people twice. All they say that it is too late to complain now. The product was delivered on **st August.

So first of all, the delivery boy delivered the product with the neighbour without even confirming with us or even informing us. We only found out that the product was delivered on *rd August when the neighbour informed us by themself.

Then I have been continously trying to get in touch with the Paytm team regarding this issue. There is no option to complain about the product in the app. How is the chat support useful, I dont know??? There is no way how I can complain about this through the app. Later I have been trying to call the support number, you mention that the support is available ** x*, but nobody ever picksup, be it early morning or **pm in the night I have tried all the timings.

Then i get a call on **th September from a woman from the team, i explain the issue and she says she will get back regarding the issue. I waited for a week for her to get back to me.

Then again I call since it had been a week and she did not revert back. Nobody picks up. I get a call from a another executive on ** September , he isn't aware of the issue at all. I explain him again the entire episode. The call duration was around ** mins out of which ** mins I was put on hold. Then suddenly he hangs up the call. I call back again, but no one replies back.


I am very frustrated because
*. There is Rat Shit in the food item I ordered from your app. Rat shit is poisonous. And these guys don't check the product before it is shipped??? There is a * inch huge hole in the aata packet. And also, the outer packing box does not have a hole or any damage at all which obviously means the product was not damaged after being shipped.
Seriously such a big company and is this how they guys work???
I am so disappointed by the service offered and the kind of customer support they have. I have ordered items from Paytm Mall more than worth Rs. ***** until today.
I have been a regular customer for shopping, paying bills, etc but i am so so disappointed and disturbed now with this situation.


I want a full refund of the product and I'm not going to settle with a defective damaged product
