We ordered a had ordered a Morphy Richards **l Besta Black OTG from your online store. I received the product today and upon opening found that a defective/broken product has been delivered to me. The door of the oven is separated from the oven.
I am very dissatisfied in the manner of packaging this product which looks scratched and old.
I have attached the pictures for your reference and expect a full refund of the product price.
