Samsung - Defective Piece

Rahul Menon filed complaint against Samsung on May 25, 2021

I bought a brand new A/c a month back and installation was done that day itself. From the day * this A/C was not working properly and having trouble to get in touch with technicians. Yesterday finally i got in touch with Customer service they requested a technician to look at it. Technician did call today showing interest on my concern l, gathered all.information saying that he will be coming and taking a look tomorrow itself and then he calls me after an hour saying that he cant come as he is not the comcern guy who takes care of this since they came to know its manufactures complaint.
