I am writing to report an issue with the Eveready extension box that I ordered recently. I received the product three days ago, and today it suddenly stopped working. There is no indicator light when switched on, and the device is completely non-functional.
I have already tried reaching out through Swiggy’s instamart support, but the issue has not been resolved. Since the product has become faulty within just a few days of delivery, I request you to kindly arrange an urgent replacement or full refund.
Please look into this matter at the earliest.
