Amazon delivered a defective watch to me and now refusing to replace it. I am trying to reach Amazon customer care for last * days and not getting any response. First they mentioned that if the item was delivered in defective condition, they will replace it . Then they said that they can not do that as they provided me incorrect information.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
