I had ordered * frames under Buy*Get* scheme at Lenskart along with Gold membership (to avail Buy*Get*), which was delivered on time but at the time usage i noticed that * of the frame has broken lens. I had asked for replacement, item was picked and replacement was approved but * week later I was told that frame is not in stock and i can choose any alternative. But their executive showed me matching frame that costed double the price of frame i chose earlier, so i had to get me same frame and was promised the same. *-* weeks passed and didnt get any update on it. Today while on call, their floor manager asked me to return the other frame as well only then they will issue refund or i will have to choose some other mediocre frame which wont suit me. How am i suppose to return the other frame as well, when i need in day-today activities.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
