Dear Voxya Team,
I am seeking your assistance in resolving a consumer dispute with an online seller.
I purchased **Apple AirPods Pro (*nd Generation) Replacement Part – Right Earbud** from Unboxify (Order ID: KL********UN) for ₹*,***. The product was sold with a ***-month warranty**.
After using the product, I observed issues related to **Find My functionality and ownership behavior**, indicating that the earbud was not properly reset before resale. Apple Support informed me that they cannot assist as the product was purchased from a third-party seller and such issues must be resolved by the seller.
Despite this, Unboxify has denied my request by incorrectly referring to a ****-day return policy**, even though my request clearly falls under **warranty**.
Key concerns:
* Product not fully functional within the Apple ecosystem
* Possible prior linkage to another Apple ID
* Seller denying valid warranty claim
* No satisfactory resolution provided
I have already shared all details with the seller, but the issue remains unresolved.
I request your support in:
* Sending a legal notice to the seller
* Helping me obtain a refund or replacement under warranty
* Guiding me on further legal steps if required
I can provide all supporting documents including invoice, communication records, and screenshots.
