Abdul Khader Samdani filed complaint against Samsung on May 20, 2021
I purchased a Samsung split AC on **-Jan-**** and the AC has frequently gas leaking and therefore no cooling. It has been refilled with gas * times until now but still problem persists. The Service team confirmed that there is internal leakage inside the unit and sent approval request for replacement. But until now there is no positive response and still it's pending and I have to suffer and go through lot of inconvenience due to this. The Service team and customer service is the worst I have found and just dragging the issue without any reason.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
