I have been using Bigbasket when the lockdown is effective in Karnataka.
As a customer i choose the product according to the price allotted/update on this app. When they are about to deliver the product they saying about order modification where money is deducted from the next order. They are doing business for their profit only " they didn't said once your order is modified and we will credit this much". It's not a once they are doing three times. We want to buy the things according to the price they shown in app not the later revised price if they can't handled it then why they run the marketing. We need justice for this , i hope nearly more than crore people might use this app due to the covid-** pandemic and it's save. But they gain to much and take away money by taking the chance people will not stop even they ask money.
So i drawn your attention I don't want any later revised price on the customer let them show the exact price without a one Rupee We can't make a One lakh.
I need compensation and awareness to the people.
I have the email they send after i do payment and deduct on next order.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
