I received my consignment with docket no. ********* which had a stone sculpture Lord Krishna. The consignment was received on damaged condition due to mishandling by courier boys. The parts have broken beyond repair and almost in bits and pieces. A very unfortunate episode. I am totally broken with a fine piece of art worth Rs. *****/- mishandled.
I am attaching the pictures where in it was video shot and verified during packing. But it looks to be thrown very badly despite being packed on wooden box and stuffed with straw n cut paper to hold it right. But the way mishandling was done is not in good taste. I trusted GATI brand to have peace of mind but i got pieces of mind.
