I have Ordered samsung AC through Samsung Shop app on *nd August **** .
Product was delivered on *t August **** and support Engineer reached home for installation on *th August ****.
When the Engineer opened the Product Inner unit was Damaged . So he repacked the product and Shared the Service Record.
On *th August **** i have raised return request as it is the only option available in Samsung Shop app.
For few hours after raising the return request there is no update on the issue , when checked the reviews of the app in Play store i could see multiple users complaining that the samsung support was pathetic.
So i have raised a complaint through Samsung online and Shared the Service record shared by samsung Engineer and Product Image on *th August ****.
Since then i was following up with Samsung through Mail , Toll free number , Online Voice support and Chat support .
Everywhere i am getting the same response , Issue was escalated to the relevant team and it is on high priority .
Still no proper update of picking up the damaged product .
I have dropped a mail to escalation team as well , still no luck .
I have got * calls from samsung where they mentioned it is in progress ( generic Answer )
It is been ** days and counting .
In the last three mails i have mentioned that i will drop the product in their store by myself , no answer as usual.
Please help me on this.
