I HAD PURCHASED A SAMSUNG WW**T***DLN*TL MODEL WASHING MACHINE FROM OPPOSITE PARTY ON **.**.**** AND RECEIVED THE SAME ON **.**.****,THEREAFTER SAMSUNG SENT AN ENGINEER ON **.**.**** FOR INSTALLATION,WHILE INSTALLATION THE ENGINEER UNPACKED THE PRODUCT AND HE FOUND IT TO BE DAMAGED AND ASKED ME TO RETURN THE WASHING MACHINE TO THE SELLER.I HAD INTIMATED THE DAMAGE REPORT TO THE SUPPLIER AND SAMSUNG ASSURED ME TO REVERSE PICKUP THE DAMAGED PRODUCT,BUT TILL DATE I.E.**.**.**** THEY ARE NOT PICKING THE PRODUCT,WHENEVER I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM THEY ARE ASKING TO WAIT FOR *-* DAYS.
