I have purchased Voltas Beko Dishwasher on Reliance Digital's website vide order RDF******** on **/** and it was delivered on **/**.
When the Voltas technician came to install it and opened the box, the product was found to be damaged. The technician has taken the pics and informed both the manufacturer (Voltas) and retailer (Reliance Digital) in order to record the incident in their system. The technician further told me to contact the retailer (Reliance Digital) to get the replacement. I then contacted the customer support of Reliance DIgital and informed them of the same after which they sent their own technician again to inspect the product. Their technician has then come, inspected the damaged product and approved the replacement.
It has been ** days and I have not received any replacement yet. The Reliance team is now not responding to my calls too. My parents are in immediate need of the product and with great trust in Reliance, we purchased it from them. Kindly help in resolving the issue and arrange for the replacement at the earliest.
