I purchased the product from Reliance digital in online on the date of **-**-****, product name is Aquasure * litres RO + UV + MTDS Water
Purifier, Smart Plus with Six, product cost is *****.*rs, product was delivered *-**-**** and the product installation happened at *-*-****, but technician and I also raise the ticket on same day (*-**-****) for we received the damaged product, like inside the product the water purified motor is not working properly, as per conversation with customer care they said product will be replaced or return within ** hours,
still product is not replaced and returned, once again i have raised one more ticket on the date of **-**-**** still they are saying same it will take **hours and money refundable will be happen * working days from after pickup the product , here the concern is we suffer from service and support, we loss our many and mental stability without return of product and refund my money how can purchase another product. kindly help me and take action on concern company for sending damage product and not providing proper support and service.
