Anshul Gupta filed complaint against DTDC on Mar 12, 2021
I booked a parcel with DTDC which contained a laptop, so while booking the outlet person asked us to take the insurance of product so that if any thing happens to it will be bear by company for which I had paid an extra amount.
Upon receiving the parcel I found that the laptop was damaged.
I immediately contacted support team of DTDC writing them a mail regarding this issue, they generated a case number which was been closed with in * days saying your parcel is delivered, they even didn't notice the matter for which I raised the concern. This happened * times they closed my * case numbers unattended.
Then finally I raised one more case number for which from last one month they haven't given us any update, they just give us a reply when ever I contact them that we are looking into it.
And also when I tried to reach call support many time they disconnected my call after hearing the tracking no.
It has been a month now following them and I haven't received any update, they are simply making fool and just grabbing extra money from customer's on the name of insurance.
From last one month because of this I am unable to use my brand new laptop.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
