I ordered a piece of furniture online and GATI was the transporter from Greater Noida to Hyderabad. The shipment was delivered on * Jan **** however the furniture was damaged during transit. After repeated follow up with GATI, there is no response from their team over mail or phone. I want the item to be transported back to Greater Noida to the original seller
