NO BROKER PACKERS AND MOVERS - Damaged Items

I wish to draw your attention to the dreadful experience we encountered with the service provided by your vendor.

I am putting forward my issues point by point:
*. Service time scheduled at *pm, but the personnel turned up at **am, without prior notice.
*.Typically, a team of four or more people is assigned to handle the relocation of the property items, here only * people were assigned.
*. only ** boxes were provided [no provision of extra boxes]
I understand there must have been some spillover of property items and misjudgment at our end [items turned out to be little extra than communicated]
but we also expect the team to carry some extra stuff.
*. Team assigned was very very unprofessional, they asked for beer lying at our place, and even had the beer on duty.
*. **% of the item transfer was done by my family and friends.
*. major items are damaged [Refrigrator, computer]
*. Tempo deployed was way to small [ultimately we had to book one more tempo]
*. The deployed team lacked the appropriate tools to disassemble the sofa cum bed.
*. Team to uninstall AC turned up * hours late, and AC was installed a day later.
**. Tempo turned up *hour late.
**. Unpacking of items was not done by the team
**. Plants were damaged
**.Electronic items were not adequately paded
**.Team used normal clothes to wipe furniture
