I had returned from Kabul to Delhi to mangalore, as I could not carry all my luggage I had to go for courier service, so I had transferred nearly **kgs of my luggage through Dtdc Delhi, I had informed them that there were glass items and some vessels including soap liquid and other items, so they told me they will take care of it and not to worry, but when I received the luggage after **days they were all broken and damaged, so I had called the courier office in Delhi, which they told me they will file a complaint against it, and they did so, but complaint is only for name sake, they have not settled anything till date, it is now nearly *months.
