RELIANCE DIGITAL - damaged item delivered with paste sticker on damage mark on back side

A refrigerator was purchased from Reliance Digital store located in Jammu, Kunjwani, under Tax Invoice# T*SN*********** dated **/**/****. As per the commitment, the product was supposed to be delivered by the evening of **/**/****, but it was not delivered on time. After multiple calls to the store, the delivery was finally made at around **:** PM late night. The installation of the refrigerator was carried out by the concerned company's employee on **/**/****, who opened and installed the refrigerator at the designated place in the room.

I would like to inform you that the refrigerator is currently functioning properly, and there are no issues with its operation.

However, today, while cleaning behind the refrigerator, I have noticed three large round stickers matching the refrigerator's color pasted on its back. Upon removing one of the stickers on top side, I discovered that the area beneath it was completely damaged. I did not remove the other stickers yet.

In this regard, I would like to inform you that due to the stickers being the same color as the refrigerator, it was impossible to detect the damage at the time of delivery and create a request for returning the product within ** hours.

Reliance digital store Jammu Kunjwani has deceived us. Therefore, I request you to contact the concerned store and arrange for an immediate replacement of the refrigerator. Otherwise, I will be compelled to take the matter to consumer court.
