I have couriered ** inch TV from Pune to Akola having tracking id D********. When I unpack, tv screen completly broken..
This is all due to poor packaging and careless handling. I have raised ticket on DTDC, it has been more than ** days.. Still no resolution provided.
I clearly remember... They said.. "your package will be secured and insuranced"..
That's it... I have paid ****rs however got invoice of ****Rs... They told its for packaging.. Whatever...
No other information provided at all
If you see the dtdc copy.. They don't have time to write full name and address too..
Just writing the amount and give the copy..
When I asked to do packing in front of me... They said... Will do it later on and will send you the pics..
In fact... They haven't send any pics...
When parcel received, it got completely broken.. This must sue to poor packaging and careless handling.....
