I booked an AC service from urban company on *st April, where gas refilling, cooling coil leak repair, and other servicing work were carried out. Urban company can verify all details from my job history. After that, I faced issues again and booked a revisit in April itself. Recently, on **th May, my AC again stopped cooling properly, so I booked another revisit request.
I have some serious concerns regarding this matter:
During the recent service visit, urban companies technician caused a blast/explosion-like incident in the AC while servicing it. Shockingly, I was never informed properly about this incident by urban company professional. I was only told later that the cooling coil had become damaged. At that time, I was not at home. If any major accident or injury had happened to my family during this incident, who would have been responsible? Till yet there is no update from company side. I have share picture of demange my AC with company also.
Since the issue occurred due to your technician’s service, the damage to my AC should be fully repaired from your side without any extra charges.
For the last few days, I have continuously been following up and booking revisits/complaints, but every time I am only told that “the team is working on it.” This is completely unacceptable and feels like negligence toward the customer.
Due to your company’s delay and poor handling of this issue, my family has been suffering badly in this extreme heat. This has caused us physical discomfort and mental stress. If any family member’s health gets affected because of this heat and delay, your company will be responsible for the consequences.
I want full compliance those me and my family suffer this. Also Fully repaired my AC with any amount pay by my side .
Because Company demand money for replace the cooling coil.
And company’s agent not responding after damage or asking amount for repairs.
