This is pertaining to our never-ending problem with Videocon d*h. We get a message for low balance on **/*/**** with a notice of disconnection by **/*/****. I called multiple times to the lousiest & incompetent team in the Call centre. They have no idea that their website doesn't work. On requesting on **/* /**** with unlimited calls & various permutations to recharge the bouquet of our choice but we failed.
Until Monday **/*/** we managed to pay **/- towards Recharge. However, the system still shows a zero balance.
We are back to the grind & mercy for them to update as website don't work & today call centre seems to not answer but decline all calls. Mental harassment deserves strict action.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
